Collaborating with an organization usually begins with an assessment of the mandates, processes, products/services and tension fields that make for the atmosphere of the organization. Also the history, mission statement and the overall direction are included in the assessment process. Based on this information we develop a tailor made manual that expresses the ground direction of the organization and supports the employees to identify, experience and understand their intrinsic motivation for the vision of the organization. Similar to introducing new software, the next step is to introduce and implement the content and application of the manual to the employees by means of the trainings and workshops.
