Just as the shark hunts for what is under the surface of the water, my coaching approach looks at what is happening (fields of tension) in the background of challenges and questions of individuals, communities or businesses.
The more we know about the polar structure of these fields of tension, the easier the next steps can be. In other words, the solution lies in the problem. A process-oriented approach believes in the importance of what we can see and experience and what will ultimately lead individuals, communities and businesses towards their basic directions. The more connection we have to our basic directions the more sense and meaning we experience with our personal, communal or business visions. Following our basic direction connects us with being alive and the inner motivation for whatever the outer task may be.
